Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up, and sometimes, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

However, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, which enables us to allocate the time to another client. 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the consultation fee and for non-prepaid appointments, you will be invoiced. 

For prepaid consultations, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the fees paid.  

We appreciate your consideration of our time and will express the same consideration for yours.

Please note: the confirmation email for your appointment contain links enabling you to reschedule your appointment if necessary. We encourage you to use these links (or contact us directly if you cannot locate them) to avoid any late cancellation or no-show fees.
