Our ‘Quick-Pack Policy’ at Sundala Health means that your order will be packed and processed within one working day of us receiving your order*. We take care to ensure that our online stock levels accurately reflect the stock we have on hand, if, however there is an occasion when stock is not available we will contact you via phone or email to notify you of any delays. Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is ready to ship.

We offer the option of Australia Post Standard Parcel or Australia Post Express Post Parcel for delivery within Australia.

In-store pick-up is available through our health centre in Lismore NSW, please contact us to arrange for pick-up – orders must be collected within seven days of purchase.

Shipping International

We offer international shipping to New Zealand, Ireland, UK, Canada, USA, India and many countries in Europe. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, enter your location to see shipping options for your country.

Choose from Australia Post International shipping:

International Economy: 10+ days for delivery (under 2kg sent by air), 30+ days for delivery (over 2kg sent by sea), no tracking, no signature on delivery.

International Standard: 6+ business days for delivery, tracking included, no signature on delivery.

International Express: 2-4 business days for delivery, tracking included, signature required on delivery.

Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to know the restrictions and prohibitions of their customs when ordering from our online store. We do not send loose herbs, herbal powders or cleaning products internationally, orders for these items will be cancelled as soon as they are identified. 

Delivery service terms & conditions

Australia Post

Updates to Australia Post ‘Signature on Delivery’ service changes to ‘Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave’ on 2nd April 2017. This means that unless there is no ‘safe place’ to leave a parcel, Australia Post will not leave a calling card. As proof of safe delivery, Australia Post will take a photograph of your parcel in this location. Instructions to leave – you can also leave special instructions (in the Additional Info during Checkout) for your parcel to be left in a safe location should you not be at home. Please note, however, that by doing so you take responsibility for any loss or damage after it is delivered. We suggest, that if no-one will be at home to sign for your parcel you use a work address for delivery of your order.

Incorrect Addresses and RTS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide Sundala Health with the correct shipping address for their order. Australia Post charges a fee for parcels that are Returned to Sender (RTS) and this fee will inevitably be passed onto the buyer if incorrect details were provided at the time of the order. Orders can be re-sent, only to correct addresses and at the expense of the buyer.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason, you have any concerns about any products sold to you by Sundala Health, please call or email us. We will endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Any refunds for orders using credit card details will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to place the order. If you are not satisfied with a product once you receive it, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging, and we will refund your money (the buyer pays for all shipping costs). However, please contact us first to advise that you are returning the product.   Should you believe the product is faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss the best course of action. Please do not return products without first contacting us. In the case of a faulty product, the first course of action is to have a replacement part or full product sent to you. In some circumstances and only after consultation with us faulty products can be returned to us for refund, buyer pays freight costs.

Please note – no refunds are available any custom-made or bespoke remedy prepared in our naturopathic dispensary with liquid herbs, homeopathics, flower essences or powdered herbs.

Eco Friendly Packing Materials

We are committed to the use of recycled packaging, in fact all of our orders are packed using recycled, biodegradable or degradable materials where possible. The white ‘foam’ like packaging material we use is bio-degradable (made from starch and water). The air cushions we use are bio-degradable, you can pierce them to expel the air and then put them in your compost. We only use a small amount of bubble wrap where essential, and this is recycled from the packing materials we receive from our suppliers, the green bubble wrap we use in degradable.
