Do you include ALL supplements and herbs as part of the package?
Yes, absolutely. All of your prescribed supplements and herbal remedies are included in the cost of the package.
I’m already using supplements or prescription medications, can I still do the package?
Yes. You will need to notify us in the Confidential Client Intake Form once you commence the package. Our Naturopath, Leonie, will consider any medications and supplements before prescribing your individualised herbal or nutritional remedies.
Is everyone prescribed the same herbs and supplements?
No, unlike other programs and packages that use a one-size-fits-all approach to remedies. Each person who signs up for the package will have their own unique herbal formula, flower essences and nutritional supplements prescribed based on their current health conditions.
How many supplements or herbal remedies will I have to use?
This is difficult to answer, as everyone will have a different health history and prescription. However, our Naturopath Leonie’s prescribing philosophy aims to provide maximum therapeutic value with minimal supplements. All prescribed remedies and supplements will be carefully considered and then discussed at your one-on-one consultations.
I’ve read that there’s some pathology testing included in the package. What kind of pathology testing is included?
Yes, pathology testing is included in the Natural Menopause Mastery Package. We use private pathology testing, which is more detailed and comprehensive than the testing used by GPs. Can I benefit from the package without the supplements, pathology testing or consultations?
Yes! The full 12-week course contains all the educational content, guidance, and exercises from the package — so you can follow the course at your own pace, focus on learning, and still gain all the tools to navigate menopause naturally, without the need for consultations or prescribed remedies. What if I cannot attend my one-on-one consultation times?
You have up to 24 hours to re-schedule your appointment time. You can reschedule through the email confirmation for the appointment or contact us directly to arrange a suitable time.
How do I contact Leonie in between my one-on-one consultations?
Your 12-week package includes ongoing email support from our Naturopath Leonie. Feel free to contact us via email to discuss any of your concerns.
How long will it take for you to respond to my email?
Our Naturopath, Leonie, is in the clinic and online from Tuesday through to Friday most weeks and will attempt to respond to your email during these times. You should expect a response in the 1-2 business days following your query, however, in busier times, a response may take longer. If you do not get a response within 2-3 days, your email may have gone to our spam folder or may not have been received, we encourage you to message us again with your query.
I’m located outside of Australia, can I still do your Natural Menopause Mastery Package?
Unfortunately, the Natural Menopause Mastery Package is not available outside of Australia. However, all of our other Natural Menopause Courses are available from anywhere in the world. You can view our natural menopause courses here.
Are the one-on-one appointments online or in person?
The one-on-one consultations are conducted via Zoom conferencing.
What happens after I have finished the package? Can I continue with consultations?
Once you have completed the 12-week package, you are welcome to continue with one-on-one consultations and ongoing support from our Naturopath, Leonie. The necessity for continuing consultations and Naturopathic support will be discussed at your final consultation in the package. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements if you wish to talk about this further.
How do I get the supplements and herbs prescribed during the package?
The supplements and herbs prescribed within the package are dispensed, packed and shipped directly to you wherever you are in Australia. All prescribed remedies, plus shipping costs, are part of the package fee, and you do not need to pay any additional costs.
How long do I have access to the course notes?
Once you have purchased the package and enrolled in the course, you will have 12 months to complete and review the course notes.
What if I don’t get the results I am hoping for?
Our packages and courses are designed to educate, support, and empower you through your menopause journey. While we cannot guarantee specific results, as each woman’s experience is unique, you will receive expert guidance, practical strategies, and tools to help you navigate this life stage with confidence and clarity.
We provide ongoing support throughout the course or package to ensure you get the most from your investment. Many participants find that consistent engagement with the lessons, exercises, and recommendations leads to meaningful transformation, both physically and emotionally.
